A Palmyra man is facing a felony charge following accusations that he stole more than $1,000 worth of tools from a house under construction in the town of Farmington. On Wednesday, Ontario County sheriff’s deputies charged Matthew J. Loveless, 36, of 3049 Sherwood Road, with fourth-degree grand larceny, a class E felony.
