Dundee woman charged with welfare fraud

The Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office reports that Antoinette M. Morgan, 47, of Dundee was charged with offering a false instrument for filing and welfare fraud after allegedly providing false information to the Schuyler County Department of Social Services and receiving benefits. Morgan was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charge at a later date. more

Arrests made in Seneca County prostitution investigation

On Thursday investigators made two arrests in a prostitution investigation in Seneca County. Karl B. Wilcox, 50, of Dundee was charged with third-degree patronizing a person for prostitution. Another subject, identified as Charles J. Smith, 40, of Waterloo was charged with fourth-degree promoting prostitution.
