Todd Elzey grew up in Central Ohio and lived in California for 20 years. In 2005 he moved to Phelps. He has a JD Degree from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento. He’s worked for the State of California for 13 years and has worked for private law firms and non-profits.

After relocating to New York, Todd worked as a Medicare Appeal Officer until 2014. Now, he’s a reporter covering the Ontario County Board of Supervisors, Geneva City Council, and Canandaigua City Council.
