Three Hurt When Car Hits Two Penn Yan Jets

Two 13-year old girls were injured Tuesday evening when the car they were in crashed through a Penn Yan Airport hanger and smashed into two jets stored inside. Yates County Sheriffs Deputies say 33-year old Antionette Bailey of Manorville, New York left 13-year old Annessa John and 13-year old Kayla Wiltz, both of Texas,in a car at Seneca Flight in Milo. A short time later- one of the girls started driving the car, Bailey attempted to jump in the vehicle as it crashed into the airport hanger. The car struck a jet, pushing it into a second jet trapping both girls in the car. Penn Yan Firefighter had to extricate both girls from the weckage. All three were taken to Soliders and Saliors Hospital in Penn Yan, one of the girls was later airlifted to Strong with head injuries. The investigation continues.
