7 am call to Fayette resident results in arrest

Seneca County Sheriff Jack Stenberg reports that Sheriff Deputies arrested Joseph E. Guilfoyle, age 24 of 206 Lyons Road, Geneva, NY, for Criminal Contempt 1st and Aggravated Harassment 2nd. It is alledged that Guilfoyle called a Fayette Town resident at 7 a.m. and left a threatening message on voice mail. This also violates a Geneva City Court issued order of protection. Guilfoyle was arraigned before Town of Fayette Justice Dean and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in leiu of $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond and will have to reappear on November 5th 2008 at 7 p.m.
