Ice causes Romulus car/tree accident

Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, Deputies responded to a one car personal injury motor vehicle accident on State Route 96A in the Town of Romulus. A vehicle being operated by Masucci Costantino,37, of 1785C Stoney Way in Farmington NY, was southbound on State Route 96A when he suddenly lost control of his vehicle due to icy road conditions. Costantino’s vehicle left the roadway striking a tree. Costantino complained of knee pain and was transported to Geneva General Hospital by South Seneca Ambulance for evaluation. The Ovid Fire Department also assisted at the scene. The vehicle suffered extensive damage and was towed from the scene.
