Snake loose in Seneca Falls apartment complex

On March 5, 2009 at approximately 5:43a.m, the Seneca Falls Police responded to Seneca Falls East Apartments 28 Auburn Road Apartment C5 for the report of an animal complaint. Upon arrival police discovered a 4 1/2 foot Ball Pithon snake in the residence. The resident stated to police that she went into kitchen and heard a noise and when she looked up she discovered the snake stretched along the top of her cabinets. Nuisance Wildlife was then called to the scene and the snake was taken out of the residence without incident. Further investigation showed that the snake belonged to Michaela Blevins who resides at 28 Auburn Road Apartment C7. Police then learned that the animal has been missing from the apartment for two weeks.
