Families Anonymous program in Canandaigua

Families Anonymous, a Twelve-Step, self-help support program for parents, grandparents, relatives, and friends who are concerned about and affected by the substance abuse or behavioral problems of a loved one, has announced the start of a new group in Canandaigua, NY.This new group will meet each Tuesday at 7PM weekly, beginning on May 12, 2009. Meetings will be held at 320 South Pearl Street (Good Shepherd Lutheran Church) in Canandaigua, NY.The Families Anonymous program is designed for concerned family members and friends of someone abusing substances or demonstrating destructive or dangerous behavior.No dues or fees are required. We use first names only at the meetings to preserve individual anonymity. Advance notice is not necessary to attend a Families Anonymous meeting.
