Geneva Salvation Army Needs Bellringers, Gifts for Kids

GENEVA – The Geneva Salvation Army “still needs lots of bellringers” for its Red Kettle Campaign, reported Lts. Francisco and Wanda Rivera, directors. The campaign is just slightly ahead of last year at this time, but more volunteers are needed to keep up the momentum, they said. They said they also need families and groups to adopt needy children in their Angel Tree program. “We have Angel Tree tags with children’s names on them, along with a list of their needs,” noted Lt. Wanda Rivera. To find out more about the Angel Trees, or to volunteer to be a bellringer, contact the Geneva Salvation Army at 315-789-1055. Those interested in being a bellringer may also call the Red Kettle Center toll free at 1-877-764-7259, or go online to RedKettles.org,
