On August 29, 2010 at approx. 1:20 AM Seneca Falls Police arrested eight minors ranging from sixteen years of age to twenty years of age. Police were called to a residence on Pine Street in regards to a noise complaint. After further investigation police learned that an underage drinking party was being hosted by an eighteen year old. Three females and the five males were then transported back to the station and were then released to their parents on appearance tickets for Unlawful Possession of Alcohol. The eighteen year old minor was then issued eight counts of Unlawfully Dealing with a Child, one count of Unlawful Possession of Alcohol and one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree. Another minor related to the incident was charged with Unlawful Possession of Alcohol and Obstructing Governmental Administration. All parties are to appear at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on September 2, 2010 at 10:00 AM.
