SF woman uses her kid’s name to set up account

The Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Isabella L. Badjio, age 40, of 4 Troy Street, Seneca Falls on Monday September 20th, 2010 at about 10am for Identity Theft in Second Degree. Badjio is accused of setting up an account to receive services from Time Warner Cable in the name of her minor child from October 2007 to January 2009 that amounted to over $1300 after being denied for a previous debt in her name. Badjio was released after processing and is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on October 7th, 2010 at 10:00am to answer the charge. Police were assisted by investigators from the Fraud and Theft Division at Time Warner Cable.
