Stone, age 62 from 2 Fall Street Apt. #4 Seneca Falls, NY for Menacing in the 2nd Degree; Resisting Arrest; and Criminal Possession Of A Weapon in the 4th Degree. The arrest stems from a report that was made to the Seneca Falls Police Department of a male walking around a parking lot in front of a doctors office holding a baseball bat in his hand. Upon patrols arrival the male was gone from the parking lot. Seneca Falls Police checked the nearby apartment’s and located the male in the second floor hallway still holding the bat and a large knife was also sticking out of his front jacket pocket. When Police approached the male subject he became highly agitated and combative towards officer’s by raising the baseball bat over his shoulders with two hands and waiving it in the air as he advanced toward the Officers.
