Waterloo man arrested after refusing to leave

On Wednesday at about 5:45 pm, Waterloo Village Police arrested Matthew L. Price, age 44, of Birdsey Road in Waterloo for Criminal Trespass 3rd Degree, Harassment 2nd Degree and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.Mr. Price allegedly entered a Waterloo business and threatened a worker inside and then refused to leave the business after being told several times to do so. Mr. Price was still at the business when police arrived and was taken into custody. Mr. Price was found to be in possession of marijuana following his arrest. Mr. Price was arraigned in Waterloo Village Court and was sent to the Seneca County Jail on $1,500 bail, $3,000 bond. An order of protection was issued for the victim and the business.
