Seneca Falls PD arrested Samuel L. McCullough Jr, age 22, no permanent address, following a domestic dispute that occurred in the Town of Seneca Falls around 2:46pm on July 2, 2013. McCullough was charged with Criminal Contempt 2nd and Harassment in the 2nd Degree. McCullough was arraigned in the Town of Fayette Court by the Hon. Judge Sapio and committed to Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,000 cash/$5,000 bond. McCullough will answer the charges in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on July 24, 2013 at 9:00am.On July 6, 2013 at approximately 6:00am, Seneca Falls Police arrested David J. Neinast, age 64, of 2722 Kingdom Road Seneca Falls New York, on an arrest warrant for Harassment 2nd. This arrest stems from an incident on July 2nd, 2013 where Neinast is alleged to have made unwanted contact with another individual at his address on Kingdom Road. Neinast was arraigned in Waterloo Village Court where he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1000 cash bail, $2000 insurance bond. He is to reappear in Seneca Falls Town Court on July 11th, 2013 at 10:00am.On July 6th, 2013 at approximately 7:44 pm, Seneca Falls Police arrested John J. Pisano, age 26, of 192 Ovid Street Lot 132 Seneca Falls New York, for Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd, and Resisting Arrest. This arrest resulted after Pisano led police on a foot pursuit while officers were attempting to locate him for the Waterloo Police Department on a warrant they had for him. Pisano was arraigned in Waterloo Village Court where he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2000 cash bail, $4000 insurance bond. He is to reappear in Seneca Falls Town Court on July 24th, 2013 at 10:00am.On 07-08-13 at approx. 0810hrs, Town of Seneca Falls PD arrested Marcus J. Herrin, age 45, of 4105 SR 96A Geneva, NY on an Arrest Warrant for Aggravated Harassment. Herrin is accused of texting a Town of Seneca Falls resident numerous times after having being warned by the Police Dept not to have any contact with said resident. Herrin was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2500 cash/$5000 ins bond. Herrin is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on July 24th, 2013 at 1000hrs. An Order of Protection was issued for the victim.On the 6th of July 2013, the Seneca Falls Police arrested Hermes Serpas, age 30, of 9 Northern BLVD, Great Neck NY for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd Degree. The arrest stems from a complaint that occurred at Seneca Meadows in the Town of Seneca Falls. Serpas is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on the 1st of August 2013 at 10:00am.On the 6th of July 2013, the Seneca Falls Police arrested Melissa Abrams, age 38, of 7121 Clapper RD, Wolcott NY 14590 for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd Degree. The arrest stems from a property damage accident that occurred on Balsey Rd in the Town of Seneca Falls. Abrams is to appear in The Town of Seneca Falls Court on the 25th of July 2013 at 10:00am.On July 3rd, 2013 at 1:08am Seneca Falls Police arrested Sara J. Smith, age 29, of 75 Washington Street Apt 1 Auburn, New York, for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd, Unlicensed Operator, and Unregistered Motor Vehicle. This arrest resulted from a traffic stop on State Route 5 in Seneca Falls. Smith was arraigned in Fayette Town Court where she was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1000 cash bail, $2000 insurance bond. Smith is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on July 10th, 2013 at 9:00am.On 07-03-13 at approx 2:56 pm Town of Seneca Falls PD arrested Brandon S Stone, age 25, and Alicia M Weir, age 22, both of 25 Peterman Rd B5, Seneca Falls, NY for Petit Larceny. Stone and Weir are accused of stealing food products worth $17.26 from a Town of Seneca Falls business. Both were released on appearance tickets to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls court on July 18th, 2013 at 1000am.On the 3rd of July 2013, the Seneca Falls Police arrested John Crawford 50, of 2800 N Lake Shore Drive, Chicago IL for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd Degree. Police had stopped Crawfords vehicle after it was observed speeding on State Route 318. Crawford was issed uniformed traffic tickets and is to appear at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on the 18th of July at 10:00am.
