46 baggies of heroin seized after Waterloo traffic stop

On Saturday at 12:45 am, Waterloo Police Department arrested three individuals for possessing a large amount of drugs packaged for sale, following a traffic stop on W. River St. Police recovered 46 baggies of heroin, 8 baggies of crack cocaine, 18 baggies of marijuana and a largesum of cash from the vehicle.Kathleen J. Moriarity, age 39, residing at Peterman Road in Seneca Falls, was charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree (Class B Felony), Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd degree.Christopher B. Markel, age 32, residing at Ovid Street in Seneca Falls, was charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree (Class B Felony) and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.Billy T. Davis, age 28, residing at 126 Scranton Ave, Rochester was charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree (Class B Felony) and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. He is also currently on parole in New York.All three were arraigned in Waterloo Village Court and sent to Seneca County Jail on $10,000/$20,000 bail.
