Seneca Falls Police Beat for 11/19/14

On November 18th, 2014 at about 10:41 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Jasmine I. Sliski, age 31, of 26 Clinton Street following a traffic stop on SR 414 in the Town of Seneca Falls. Sliski was ticketed for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd degree being a misdemeanor and Uninspected motor vehicle being a violation. Sliski was released to a third party and is due in court 12/4/14 at 10 am in front of Honorable Judge Lafler.On November 13, 2014 the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Julie A. Duprey, age 32, of 25 Peterman Road, Seneca Falls, NY 13148 for Petit Larceny. It is alleged that Duprey stole $61.84 worth of merchandise from a town business. Duprey is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court on December 1, 2014 at 6:00 pm to answer for the charge. On November 14th, 2014 at approx. 11:48am, the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Devin J. Wheeler, age 18, of 35 Wycliff Road, Waterloo, NY on an arrest warrant for Criminal Mischief in the 4th. Wheeler was arraigned at the Town Of Fayette Court and was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,000 cash, $2,000 bond and is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on November 20th, 2014 at 10:00am to answer to the charges.On November 14th, 2014 at 1:40 PM, Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Michael R. Wheeler, age 31, of 8 Montgomery Street Seneca Falls, New York 13148. Wheeler was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child. The arrest stems from an investigation into alleged acts that were committed earlier in November of 2014. Arraignment was before the Honorable Kathy Jans Duffy, Tyre Town Court. Wheeler was remanded to the custody of the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $500.00 cash bail or $1,000.00 secure bond. Wheeler is scheduled to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on December 12th, 2014 at 10:00 AM to further answer the charge.On Friday November 14, 2014 at 7:49 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Timothy E. Norton, age 21, of 2133 State Route 5 & 20, Seneca Falls for Petit Larceny. It is alleged that Norton took merchandise from a local business, passing all points of sale with no attempt at rendering payment. Norton was charged with one count of Petit Larceny, a class A Misdemeanor. Norton was processed and released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 12/04/2014 at 10:00 am.
