Blacked out driver rams parked vehicles at Magee Diner

The Seneca County Sheriff reports that on Monday morning around 9:30 deputies responded to a four car personal injury accident at on Route 414 in the parking lot of the Magee Diner.Brandon L. Sampson, age 20 of 89 Lock St. in Clyde, was operating his vehicle North bound on Rt.414 when he blacked out while driving and struck three parked vehicles in the parking lot of The Magee Country Diner. Sampson first struck the rear end of the first parked vehicle owned by Paul M. Paradise, age 34 of 9 W Main St. in Waterloo. Then, Sampson struck a second parked vehicle owned by Dorothy J. Haust, age 61 of Route 96N in Waterloo. The third vehicle is owned by Alberta R. Averiette age 60 of Whiskey Hill Road in Waterloo. All four vehicles were towed from the scene.Sampson had two passengers in his vehicle Dylan J. Younge, age 20 of Bixby Wood Road in Savannah and his sister Danielle M. Younge, of the same address. Dylan was transported to Geneva General Hospital for neck pain by North Seneca Ambulance.Magee Fire Dept. assisted at the scene.
