Three Waterloo teens charged in garage burglary

The Waterloo Village Police Department arrested 2 waterloo teenagers on November 19, 2014 and one teenager on December 11, 2014 following an investigation into a Burglary that occurred in October of 2014. David A. Davenport, age 19, of 44 ½ West Elizabeth Street, Waterloo and two 17 year old males from Waterloo were arrested on warrants and charged with Burglary 3rd degree, petit larceny, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5th degree and Conspiracy 5th Degree. The charges stem from an investigation into a burglary at a village residence in October of 2014.The 3 suspects are accused of acting in concert with each other and breaking into a locked garage and stealing items from the home owner. Davenport and one of the 17 year old teenagers were arraigned in Waterloo Town Court and sent to jail on $2,500 cash bail $5,000 bail bond. The second 17 year old was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and was sent to the Seneca County Jail on $5,000 cash bail $10,000 bail bond.
