W-FL Power Rankings: Newark still #1, Penn Yan up to #2

The updated FL1 Sports Upstate Hoops Wayne-Finger Lakes Power Rankings were announced on the Upstate Hoops Podcast on Sunday night and features four teams from the Finger Lakes East, 3 from the West, and 3 from Wayne County. Newark remains atop the poll despite losing our of league at Fayetteville-Manlius and Penn Yan moves up to the second spot.
