Finger Lakes residents have been gripped in arctic cold conditions for the past several weeks but it appears a January thaw is finally offering some respite, if only for a single day. Saturday’s forecast shows highs in the upper 20’s with windy conditions which will usher in temperatures in the upper 30’s for Sunday. Unfortunately, it will be under cloudy skies with a chance of rain. We’ll be back at it for Monday, however, with high temps again failing to reach above the freezing mark.
