Snow-fatigued FLX to face another storm

A significant, long-lived winter storm is now becoming more certain for the Finger Lakes region beginning on Sunday and lasting into Monday evening. The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Watch in effect from Sunday afternoon through late Monday night.There are still uncertainties with this storm.
