DWI charge for PA man in Seneca Falls

On Saturday at 8:52 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested James S. Rokosz, age 38 of 1044 W. Main Street Nanticoke, Pennsylvania, following a traffic stop on Fall Street in the Town of Seneca Falls.Rokosz was stopped by police after the vehicle he was operating was observed speeding. Rokosz was determined to be operating the motor vehicle while intoxicated. Rokosz was charged with speed in zone, a traffic infraction; felony driving while intoxicated; and aggravated driving while intoxicated for having a blood alcohol content of above a 0.18%.Rokosz was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of Honorable Judge Lafler and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $3000.00 cash/ $6000.00 bond bail. Rokosz is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court.
