Speaking to the move to Rebel Rock, Skeer said, “I am very happy to be a part of this program and I feel this could be a very successful relationship.” He went on to point out that, “Rebel Rock has shown the speed needed to win and I feel every piece of the puzzle is now together. We’ve teamed with Frank DePew and Tom FitzGerald to add many years of racing experience to our veteran team.” He went on to point out that, We also really like our chances with Robin Liddell and Elliot SKeer in the #7.”FitzGerald, along with Depew will become Co-Principles moving forward, which will be able to push the program in new directions this year with their experience. FitzGerald said of the changes, “We are very fortunate to be able to pair Robin and Elliot in our #7 Rebel Rock Racing Cayman.” He went on to point out that, “These drivers are two very talented sports car drivers, and pairing a proven Champion like Robin with his extensive experience with such a talented young driver is very exciting for us.”The Continental Tire SportsCar Challenge BMW Performance 200 at Daytona kicks off with practice on January 27th, with the green flag for the race taking place on Friday, January 29th at 1:30 pm.
