On Monday at approximately 11:50 pm the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Scott G. Champlin, age 22 of 3015 Cosad Road in Seneca Falls, for driving while intoxicated 1st offense, aggravated DWI .18% or higher BAC, speed not reasonable and prudent, and leaving the scene of property damage accident following a motor vehicle accident on Noble Road. Resident on Noble Road called 911 reporting a vehicle had caused damage to his property and left the scene. Vehicle, and its operator, Champlin were located on Cosad Road. Champlin was released on UTT’s and is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on February 24th at 9:00 am. Seneca Falls Police were assisted by the NYSP.
