The Penn Yan Police Department reports that a Canandaigua woman was arrested by officers following an investigation into an incident involving fraudelant charges to a Cornell Cooperative Extension Credit Card.An investigation revealed that back in October of last year, Sharmayne Calvetti, 56, of Canandaigua used a credit card belonging to the Cornell Cooperative Extension to pay for personal items and attempted to hide the transaction by falsely labeling the transaction.She was arraigned in the Village of Penn Yan and was remanded to the Yates County Jail without bial.
