Victor man swerves on roadway, drug charges follow

A Victor man is facing multiple charges after a traffic stop in the Town of Bristol on Buckelew Road when it was found he was in possession of multiple prepared bags of marijuana.

Deputies in Ontario County say that Mark William Blair, 55, of Victor was observed swerving over a double solid line twice in a short period of time while driving on Buckelew Road. He was found to be in possession of 23 individually prepared bags of a green leafy substance, which tested positive for marijuana.

He was issued citations for failure to keep right, and was ticketed for unlawful possession of marijuana. Blair will answer the charges at a later date.
