Seneca Falls woman allegedly left children alone

On July 29 at approximately 12:56 am Seneca Falls Police arrested Sherry L. Wiggins, 25, of Seneca Falls for endangering the welfare of a child.

She was charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child after being accused of leaving three children alone in her residence without adult supervision for an extended period of time. The children were 6-years-old, 3-years-old, and 8-months-old, according to police.

She was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and was released on her own recognizance. Wiggins will appear in Town Court to answer the charges on August 4 at 5:00 pm.
