Boaters beware: Lake level plummets in drought

Alan Kuerzdoerfer is handy. When the propellor on his 21.5-inch motorboat hit a rock last week at the state boat launch in Woodville, he fixed it. Other boaters on Canandaigua Lake may not get off so easy. The lake level on Monday was inching downward closer a foot below target level, putting more motorized rigs at risk.
