Victor woman allegedly knocked child to the ground during incident

Deputies in Ontario County say that a 23-year-old Victor woman was arrested on two charges after a physical altercation with her boyfriend.

Deputies say Shayla J. Boehm, 23, of Victor was arrested for endangering the welfare of a child and criminal mischief in the fourth degree after she and her boyfriend were involved in a domestic incident.

Boehm allegedly became physical with her boyfriend and during the incident she knocked their one-year-old child to the ground and prevented her boyfriend from calling 9-1-1.

Boehm was arraigned in Victor Town Court and was committed to the Ontario County Jail. She will answer the charges in Victor Town Court at a later date, according to deputies in Ontario County.
