Seneca Falls man jailed after violating protection order, making threats

A Seneca Falls man was arrested on Thursday after violating an order of protection.

Deputies in Ontario County say that David Paul Fenton, 29, of Seneca Falls was arrested for criminal contempt in the first degree after allegedly making threats over the phone in violation of a Seneca County Order of Protection.

Fenton was arraigned in Geneva City Court and remanded to the Ontario County Jail on $10,000 cash bail, or $20,000 secured bond.

He will answer the charges at a later date.
