Canandaigua man resists arrest after leaving buckets of urine and feces outside apartment door

A Canandaigua man is accused of using buckets for a toilet at his apartment in the City of Canandaigua.

The Canandaigua Police Department reports that Larry J. Faas, 63, of Canandaigua was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, harassment in the second degree, and resisting arrest after he allegedly left four buckets — containing urine and feces — outside his apartment door.

When officers attempted to take him into custody he actively resisted arrest — kicking an officer, according to the department. He was arraigned in Canandaigua City Court and will answer the charges at a later date.
