Seneca Falls man charged with felony AUO after violating terms, driving without license

On September 29th at approximately 9:53 am, members of the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Nicolas J. Blevins, 33, of Seneca Falls for aggravated unlicensed operation in the first degree, which is a felony. He was also charged with operating out of ignition interlock restriction following a traffic stop on Fall Street in the Town of Seneca Falls.

The felony charge stems from Blevins’s driving privileges being permanently revoked for a DWI conviction that occurred on August 11th, 2015. Blevins was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 cash bail or $1,000 bond and is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on October 3rd at 5 pm for a Felony hearing.
