Seneca Falls woman charged after passing out in car at Eastview while caring for child

On Sunday at approximately 1:37 pm deputies in Ontario County arrested a Seneca Falls woman on charges after she was said to be found impaired and unresponsive in a car, while caring for a 1-year-old child at Eastview Mall.

Deputies say Christine M. Moody, 24, of Seneca Falls was charged with endangering the welfare of a child after an investigation into a subject passed out in a vehicle on September 28th at the Eastview Mall parking lot in Victor.

Moody was released with an appearance ticket and will answer the charge at a later date. The child was released to the care and custody of a family member, according to deputies. A referral was made to Child Protective Services.
