Retrial for $100K theft starts Tuesday

The retrial of a Waterloo man accused of stealing a safe containing close to $100,000 from a town of Geneva home begins Tuesday in Ontario County Court. Paul Paradise, 36, faces charges of second-degree burglary and second-degree grand larceny, class C felonies punishable by up to 15 years in prison.
