Jury finds Waterloo man not guilty in theft of safe containing $95,000

It took an Ontario County jury approximately two hours of deliberation on Thursday to acquit a Waterloo man accused of participating in the 2010 theft of a safe containing around $95,000.

After the jury announced the not-guilty verdict and began exiting the South Courtroom of the Ontario County Courthouse, Paul Paradise’s eyes welled up with tears as he embraced his defense attorneys William Beck and Patrick Conklin.
