Seneca Falls man violates order of protection, threatens to kill woman and child

The Seneca Falls Police Department reports that on October 17th at approximately 9:42 pm officers arrested Aaron M. Ward, 31, of Seneca Falls for second-degree harassment, second-degree criminal contempt, endangering the welfare of a child, and second-degree burglary.

The arrest stems from an incident where Ward is accused of entering the home of a Seneca Falls resident and threatening to kill her and her child while an order of protection was in place forbidding Ward to have any contact with the victim.

He was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility without bail, according to police. Ward will answer the charges at a later date in Seneca Falls Town Court.
