Canandaigua man arrested for DWI after speeding in Seneca

Deputies with the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office report that James Clarence Ohle, 56, of Canandaigua was charged with driving while intoxicated after he was stopped for speeding in the Town of Seneca.

Deputies say that Ohle was in an intoxicated condition and was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content of more than .18 percent.

Ohle was stopped after being observed speeding in a 40 mph zone.
