Deputies arrest Seneca Falls man after observed driving erratically, charged with DWI

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Thursday at about 9 pm deputies arrested Michael B. Kilpatrick, 31, of Seneca Falls after a traffic stop on Route 5 in the Town of Waterloo.

Deputies report Kilpatrick was stopped for driving erratically and upon further investigation was found to be intoxicated.

Kilpatrick was charged with failing to keep right, driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content of greater than .18%. Kilpatrick was released to appear in the Town of Waterloo Court on November 18th at 9:30 am on the charges.
