No matter which way the election ends, history will be made with Hillary Clinton’s run for president. Board President Jeanne Giovannini of the National Women’s Hall of Fame said Clinton is the first woman to be nominated for president in a major party. “It’s significant in that it’s inspiring,” said Giovannini. “Inspiring for all women who go into government, who we hope go into government.” Seneca Falls is where the first Women’s Rights Convention was held in 1848. Sisters Debbie and Becky Bly said they are thrilled Clinton is running.
