Three arrests were made in Seneca County after police say they received the report of adults smoking marijuana in the presence of a child.
The complaint came on November 9th when Dillan Years, 18, of Waterloo; Robert VanFleet, 23 of Seneca Falls; and Luis Castillo, 19 of Waterloo were said to be smoking marijuana in the presence of a child. That child was reported to be 2-years-old. An investigation proved the reports to be accurate, and they were subsequently arrested.
All three were charged with charged with endangering the welfare of a child. VanFleet and Castillo were also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. They will answer the charges at a later date in Seneca Falls Town Court, due to the incident allegedly taking place in the Town.
