Jury clears Farmington man of reckless driving

The Farmington man who blew through a stop sign at the intersection of County Road 28 and Shortsville Road in Farmington, causing a wreck that killed two men, in March has been cleared of a reckless driving charge. In Farmington Town Court on Tuesday, a jury of six found Jason Jensen, 39, not guilty of the charge that arose from the brutal three-vehicle crash at the notorious intersection that killed 60-year-old Jeffery VanderMaillie, of Macedon, and his friend 55-year-old Allan Hallings, of Fairport.
