One of the region’s biggest employers is going to create several new jobs and retain hundreds more. G.W. Lisk said Monday it’s planning to expand its research and development operations, resulting in 40 new jobs over the next five years and retention of more than 650 positions at the company’s other facilities, including its main site in Clifton Springs. Empire State Development, the state’s chief economic development agency, announced Lisk’s plans.
