NR-W bus carrying 11 students involved in accident

New York State Police say they’re investigating a crash that happened around 8:40 am at the intersection of State Route 414 and 104.

They say a North Rose-Wolcott bus, which was carrying 11 students at the time of the accident attempted to stop at the intersection but slid on the snow-covered roadway. It crashed into a car, which was traveling west on Route 104.

No one was injured on the bus. However, the person driving the car had lacerations to the face, which were treated at Newark Wayne Hospital. That person was transported to be treated by local ambulance.
