Deputies: Geneva man pursued victim in vehicle during domestic dispute

A Geneva man is facing a stalking charge after deputies say he was involved in a domestic incident, which happened in the Town of Geneva on Saturday.

Dennis J. Lee, 63, of Geneva was charged with fourth-degree stalking after he recklessly pursued a family member on Route 14 in a vehicle. The family member drove to the Geneva Police Department with Lee pursuing.

He was taken into custody in the parking lot of the police station. He was arraigned in Geneva Town Court and committed to the Ontario County Jail.

A family member was also issued an order of protection to prevent Lee from having contact.

The charge will be answered at a later date.
