Geneva man charged with possessing heroin after traffic stop

A traffic stop on Pulteney Street in Geneva resulted in the arrest of a 48-year-old man on Sunday around 12:10 pm.

Officers arrested Miguel A. Delfi-Gonzalez, 48, of Geneva was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Authorities found heroin packaged for sale in his vehicle at the time of the stop.

He will answer the charges at a later date.
