Four hunters charged with trespassing in Fayette

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on February 19th at approximately 6:00 pm deputies investigated a trespassing complaint on Yost Road in the Fayette.

It was reported that multiple individuals were hunting on a property without having permission from the land owner. As a result of the investigation the following individuals were charged with trespassing:

Michael A. Kurdziolek, 30, of Waterloo;
Adam M. Jensen, 18, of Waterloo;
Michael D. Telvock, 48, of Waterloo;
and Jordan D. Telvock, 20, of Waterloo.

All four individuals were issued appearance tiickets and are to appear at the Fayette Town Court on March 15th to answer the charge.
