Seneca Falls teen charged with breaking window at school, trespassing

On Friday February 24th at 1:28 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested a 16-year-old male of Seneca Falls for third-degree criminal mischief —— a Class E felony and trespass, which is a violation.

The teen, who will not be identified due to his age was arrested after he trespassed at a local school and smashed a window.

He was arrested and arraigned in the Seneca Falls Town Court and was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,000 bail or $2,000 bond.

The charges will be answered in Seneca Falls Town Court on March 1st at 9:00 am.
