On Sunday March 12th at 3:18 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Jordan P. Wilson, 29, of Phelps following a traffic stop on East Bayard St.
Wilson was originally stopped by police for having an expired inspection sticker. During the traffic stop officers could see drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle. A search of the motor vehicle revealed marijuana and over 200 bags of heroin.
He was charged with one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, a Class B Felony; unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation; and uninspected motor vehicle, a traffic infraction.
The vehicle was impounded and Wilson was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court. He was subsequently committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,500 cash or $3,000 insured bond.
Wilson is due back in court on April 12th, 2017 at 9:00 am.
