The Canandaigua woman who recently admitted to stealing nearly $3,200 from her employer — mimicking a crime she committed years prior — was sentenced to serve two and a third to seven years behind bars following her latest transgression.
A restitution hearing is slated to take place next month to determine how much Kirstin Feliciano, 48, potentially owes Lake Country Therapy and Sportscare in Canandaigua.
The owner of the physical therapist office is seeking $10,000 following an approximately 80-hour audit carried out to explore how much money was stolen by Feliciano, according to Ontario County Assistant District Attorney Heather Hines.
Feliciano was arrested by Canandaigua police officers in December. She initially faced 61 felony charges, including one count of third-degree grand larceny, a class D felony, as well as 60 counts of first-degree falsifying business records, a class E felony.
