Seneca Falls Library wins $14K grant; Minecraft author will make visit

On Monday the Seneca Falls Library announced that they won the Bernard Carl and Shirley Rosen Library Fund of the Community Foundation of Tompkins County.

The grant is worth $14,588, according to officials.

The grant is a collaborative effort between fifteen libraries in the Finger Lakes Library System. It will bring Minecraft author Sean Fay Wolfe to each library for a presentation and each family will receive a free autographed book by the author.

Library officials said “We could not be more thrilled to be sharing this wonderful news,” in a press release.
